However, upon investigation, we found that the claim was misleading. The viral video is old. Here’s the fact check.

We started our investigation by taking screenshots from the viral video and conducting a reverse image search. This led us to a YouTube channel where the viral video was uploaded on August 10, 2022.

This makes it clear that the viral video is old.

Moving forward, we conducted a relevant keyword search. This led us to a Hindi News report published on August 10, 2022, that contained an image similar to the screenshots from the viral video. According to the report, people chanted slogans against Anjana Om Kashyap during her visit to Patna. 

According to another similar report published on August 10, 2022, a crowd in Patna started protesting against Anjana Om Kashyap during her reporting.
