Against this backdrop, a compilation video featuring four separate clips is going viral on social media, claiming to show protests by CJP members against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The caption states, “Indian Gen Z Cockroach Party protesters are currently protesting against PM Modi because people are fed up with lies of Indian politicians”.

First video
We conducted a reverse image search on Google, and whose results led us to a Facebook post by Naser Khan uploaded on 22 December 2025. The description of the post in Hindi roughly translated as, “There’s excitement within the Congress camp after Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court refused to hear the National Herald case against Congress leader Sonia Gandhi and LOP Rahul Gandhi based on a private FIR.”
Using this hint, we ran a keyword search on Google, and the results led us to a news report by Dainik Bhaskar. It states that the Congress party organised a protest in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, in response to the National Herald case.
Second Video
A report by the NDTV states Congress workers were angry over the filing of a charge sheet against Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi. They protested by burning an effigy of PM Modi in Ajmer, Rajasthan, in May2025.
A Dainik Bhaskar report from May 2025 also identified the incident as a protest by Congress workers in Ajmer.
Third video
This video is also available on the internet from May 7, 2026, predating the formation of the Cockroach Janata Party.
Final video
In the last clip we can see a man speaking to a reporter. By conducting a reverse image search on Google, we found that this footage is from December 2025 and is linked to protests over the Aravali issue in Rajasthan, not recent. Gen Z-led youth groups staged a protest in Jaipur on 24 December 2025 against the Supreme Court ruling redefining the Aravalli hills, fearing it could weaken environmental protection.
Taking account of all this evidence, it is clear that all four clips in the viral compilation are old and unrelated to the Cockroach Janata Party.
Conclusion
Fact Crescendo found the claim made along with the video to be Misleading. The compilation includes four old, unrelated videos that are not connected to the protests by the Cockroach Janata Party against PM Narendra Modi.
