We started our investigation with a reverse image search on Google, and the results led us to an Instagram post by ‘tunseaevents’ featuring a similar video uploaded on 5 July 2026. The caption of the video is related to the 2026 FIFA Football World Cup.
Moving forward, we found the same video on a Facebook post, and it also stated that the video was from a FIFA Fan Fest in Mexico.
Then, we came across another post containing the same video, uploaded on 30 June by a YouTube account named @entertainingfox5006. Here, the location of the video was clearly given as Mexico, and the hashtags of the video also highlight Mexico and World Cup 2026.
Using these hints, we conducted further searches and found reports from local Mexican outlets about an incident in which fans climbed onto the roofs of bus shelters after Mexico’s match against South Korea on 19 June 2026 for the FIFA World Cup.
