The 17-second video shows the girl falling from the vehicle onto the side of the road. After flipping several times, she begins to writhe in pain on the ground.
Let’s check the truth.
Fact check:
We started our investigation with a reverse image search on Google, and the results led us to a similar video uploaded on the Instagram account of a Brazilian media outlet on 30 March 2026. It was accompanied by the information that, “A woman was injured after jumping from a moving car during an argument with her partner on Saturday night (28), in the Pacoval neighborhood, in the northern part of Macapá.” Security camera footage shows the moment when, while making a turn on Rua Mato Grosso, the woman opens the car door and throws herself out. With the impact, she hits the fence of an establishment and almost collides with a concrete structure on the sidewalk.

Using these hints, we conducted further searches and found multiple reports by Brazilian media outlets published in March and April 2026 featuring the same visuals. According to reports, the incident occurred on 28 March, 2026, in the Pacoval district of Macapá, Brazil. The woman was in a car with her husband, brother, and sister-in-law when an argument ensued. During the altercation, she jumped out of the moving vehicle.
After further searching, we found information about this incident published on a Brazilian website on 30 March, 2026. According to a local police officer quoted in the report, “The incident took place in the city of Macapa, Brazil, where a woman jumped out of a moving vehicle following an argument and provocation. She was then taken to the hospital for treatment. Police have taken the driver of the vehicle and her male companion into custody in connection with this case.”

Meanwhile, we ran a keyword search to see if any similar incidence had occurred in Faridabad. However, we were unable to find any credible news reports to support the claim.
Based on the evidence, it is clear that this video is not from India. Instead, it captures an incident that occurred on 28 March in Macapa, Brazil. Therefore, this video is unrelated to India or Faridabad.
