We started our investigation with a reverse image search on Google, and the results led us to a Facebook post sharing the same video. The user identified the footage as a web series shoot taking place at Patna High School in Gardanibagh, Patna.

Using these hints, we conducted further searches that led us to a YouTube video reporting that scenes from the Bhojpuri film ‘Samrat’ were being filmed at Patna High School, Gardanibagh. 

When the video gained traction on social media, the Patna Police official handle released a public clarification confirming that the footage was recorded during an authorized, pre-approved movie set inside the school premises. The police also stated that the video was being shared with misleading claims, creating unnecessary confusion among the public. It urged citizens not to rely on unverified information circulating on social media and warned that legal action would be taken against those spreading false claims to create panic.
