We started our investigation by taking screenshots from the viral video and conducting a reverse image search. This led us to an Instagram handle where the viral video was uploaded on April 17, 2024. According to the caption, the video shows the Dubai floods in April 2024.

Moving forward, we found a report published on April 17, 2024, that contained an image similar to the screenshots from the viral video.
