Let’s check the truth.
Factcheck:
Our investigation began with a reverse image search on Google, and the results led us to a similar video uploaded on the X account of Press Trust of India on 12 March 2026. The caption states, “Massive fire breaks out in Uttam Nagar near Machhli Mandi, Delhi.
Upon further search, we found several news reports regarding this incident. According to the Hindustan Times report, “A massive fire broke out at a fish market in Matiala near Uttam Nagar in west Delhi around midnight between Wednesday and Thursday, prompting a large firefighting operation”.
The blaze destroyed nearly 300 to 400 slums, leaving several families homeless and prompting urgent calls for assistance from the government.

A similar video was also shared by ANI, which reported that the fire broke out at a fish market in Matiala village. According to the report, around 300–400 slums were destroyed in the blaze. The cause of the fire remains unclear.
None of the reports suggested that the incident was linked to any attack on a drone manufacturing facility associated with India and Israel. There are no verified or credible reports indicating any attack on a drone production facility.
So, a video of a fire incident in Delhi’s Uttam Nagar was falsely shared as a massive explosion at a joint India-Israel drone manufacturing centre in New Delhi.
