We began our investigation with a reverse image search on Google. The results directed us to images and reports from Turkish media regarding the earthquake that affected several provinces in southern Turkey and parts of northern Syria in February 2023. As per reports, this video was taken in the Pazarcık district of Kahramanmaraş in Turkey. The reports states that buildings had collapsed in a 7.4-magnitude earthquake in Turkey. This indicates that the viral video dates back to 2023.

Moving forward we found the same video shared by multiple media outlets with same information. Earthquake with a magnitude of 7.4 occurred in the Pazarcık district of Kahramanmaraş destroying buildings, killing dozens and injured hundreds.
The video shows extensive damage in the southern Turkish province of Kahramanmaraş, one of the hardest-hit areas during the devastating earthquake. Numerous buildings in the city center of Kahramanmaraş were destroyed in the earthquake.
Conclusion
Fact crescendo found that the claim made along with the viral video to be False. This viral video is from the 2023 earthquake in Turkey, not from an Iranian attack on Tel Aviv.
