A video showing two men in civilian clothing arresting a man, followed by uniformed officers placing him into a police van, is going viral on social media. The claim states that the video shows Adil Kazmi, who is alleged to have been involved in planning a bombing in Bhopal, being arrested by both the CBI and the police. Users sharing the post believe that this incident is genuine.

Fact Check- 

We started our investigation by conducting a reverse image search on Google and the results led us to a similar video uploaded on an Instagram post of 4 December 2025 showing the same scene. The post states that the scene is actually from a movie, and the character is played by Syed Adil Kazmi, an actor and stunt rider.

Using these hints, we conducted further searches and found an extended version of the by Telugu film channel Mango Videos on 12 February 2025. The viral video appears at the time stamp of 3:38-minute mark in the video. The description part states that this scene is from a Telugu movie titled Tappinchukoleru, directed by Rudrapatla Venugopal, in which Syed Adil Kazmi plays a role.

As per the entertainment website Hungama, the film is from 2021 and depicts a terrorist attempting to recreate the tragic Bhopal gas disaster. Two RAW agents plan and execute the operation to stop the terrorist from carrying out the attack. 

Syed Adil Kazmi is an Indian motorcycle freestyler, an MTV Stuntmania finalist, and the founder of Bhopal Stunt School. He promotes safe bike freestyling through professional training and has also ventured into modelling and acting, appearing in films and television shows.

Next, we searched for the most recent news reports to confirm the claim regarding a terror plot in Bhopal. But the we could not find any credible news reports about a person named ‘Adil Kazmi’ plotting a blast in Bhopal or being arrested.

So, the Bhopal police arresting a man named Adil Kazmi for orchestrating a bomb blast is not real incident. The video shows a scene from the Telugu movie Tappinchukoleru.
