Daughters Of A Kerala Man Cut His Private Parts When He Tried To Rape One Of Them? Here’s The Truth Behind The Viral Video.

Recently, a video allegedly from Kerala went viral on social media. The video shows a man coming out of a house, injured and shouting, while other people start gathering there. Sharing the video, a user wrote, “He used to rape his 3 daughters on regular basis

this time he was trying to rape his 4th , 6.5 yrs old daughter – but all 3 elder daughter cut his private parts. 

This is from Keralam, no prizes for guessing their religion”.

However, upon investigation, we found that the claim was false. The video is not from India. Here’s the fact check.

Fact Check 

At the beginning of our investigation, we carefully listened to the audio of the viral video. The language seemed to be Bengali. 

Keeping this in mind, we took some screenshots from the viral video and conducted a reverse image search. This led us to a YouTube channel where the viral video was uploaded on June 30, 2026. According to the caption, the incident is from Faridpur, Bangladesh, where a wife has cut her husband’s private part, and the wife was taken into police custody following the incident.

Taking this clue, we conducted a relevant keyword search in Bengali. This led us to a report on the official YouTube channel of “Notun Shomoy” on June 30, 2026. We found the viral clip in this report.

According to the report, a woman was arrested after she allegedly cut off her sleeping husband’s genitals in Faridpur, Bangladesh.

We found another similar report on the YouTube channel “Alokito Protidin”.

According to a report published in the Dainik Ittefaq on June 29, 2026, the incident took place in the early hours of Monday (June 29) in Hogladangi Sadardi village of Bhanga Upazila Municipality. 

The translation of the report read, “A second wife cut off her sleeping husband’s penis in Bhanga, Faridpur. Locals called 999 and handed the woman over to the police. The seriously injured husband, Hanif Sheikh (30), was first sent to Bhanga Upazila Health Complex and later to Faridpur Medical College Hospital. The injured Hanif Sheikh is a cosmetics trader by profession. He is the son of Rafiq Sheikh of Brahmankanda village of Manikdi Union of Bhanga Upazila.  

The accused wife, Sumaiya Akhter Sumi, is the daughter of Nurul Islam Sardar of Fulsuti village in Fulsuti union of Nagarkanda upazila. The couple lived in a rented house on the ground floor of Majid Khan Bhaban in Hogladangi Sadardi of Bhanga Municipality. The building owner, the assistant land officer, said that there was an argument between the husband and wife last night.

This morning, while her husband was sleeping, his wife cut off his private parts with a sharp weapon (blade).

Hearing Hanif’s screams, people from another flat in the building rushed to rescue him and first took him to the Bhanga Upazila Health Complex. Later, when his condition deteriorated, he was transferred to Faridpur Medical College Hospital.

Meanwhile, locals detained the accused Sumaiya Akhter Sumi and called 999.

Later, the Bhanga police reached the spot, arrested him and took him to the police station.

Regarding the matter, businessman Zahid said that Hanif Sheikh had relationships with multiple women due to his being a cosmetics businessman. He would occasionally quarrel with his two wives over this.

Regarding the matter, the accused wife, Sumaiya Akhter Sumi, said, “My husband has been married three times. Because of him, one of his wives committed suicide by hanging herself. Despite all this, he has an affair with another woman. When I protested, he would often scald me with the fire of a mosquito coil. He tortured me in many places on my body like this. This morning, I cut off his penis with a blade because he had crossed the limit of tolerance.

In this regard, Bhanga Police Station Officer-in-Charge Mizanur Rahman said, “We arrested the woman at the scene after receiving 999 information.”  

No written complaint has been received in this incident yet. If a written complaint is received, legal action will be taken, subject to investigation.”

This makes it clear that the viral video is from Bangladesh.

Conclusion 

From our investigation, we can say that the claim is false. The viral video is not from Kerala, and it doesn’t show a man’s private parts being cut by his daughters when he tried to rape one of them. The video is from Faridpur, Bangladesh, where a woman cut her husband’s private parts following an argument.
