However, as we investigated, we came to know that the video was partly false. Here’s the fact check.
Fact Check
According to reports, in the Rampur Road Accident, the driver of the Bolero died, but no other casualties have been mentioned in any report.
We took screenshots from the viral video and conducted a reverse image search. This led us to an Instagram handle where a similar video was uploaded on 29 November 2025.

According to the post, the video shows an accident in Sayed Majra, Dehradun Road.
This makes it clear that the clip predates the Rampur Accident.
A video report can be seen below.
According to reports, seven members of a family, including a four-year-old boy, were killed after an overloaded dumper lost control and overturned onto their car on the Delhi-Dehradun Expressway in Uttar Pradesh’s Saharanpur district on 28 November 2025.

Other similar videos and reports can be seen here and here.
This makes it clear that the viral clip is unrelated to the recent accident in Rampur.

From our investigation, we can say that the claim is partly false. The clip that shows a child being taken out of a crashed vehicle is not related to the recent accident in Rampur. The video shows an accident in Saharanpur on 28 November 2025 where seven members of a family were killed.
