Taking this clue, we conducted a relevant keyword search. This led us to a website where the viral photo was attached under the Museum of War Victims category. The website listed 5 museums in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Moving forward, we found a video uploaded on a YouTube channel on 3 February 2023. In the timestamp 11:28, footage similar to the viral image could be seen.
According to the information provided in the video, the footage is from the War Remnants Museum, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Further, we found another video uploaded on a YouTube channel on 8 December 2023. Around the timestamp 5:45, the statue featured in the viral photo could be seen. According to the video, the footage is from the War Remnants Museum, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
