The viral video has been available on the internet since May 2023 and is not related to the inauguration of BAPS Hindu Mandir in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

On 14 February 2024, the city of Abu Dhabi witnessed the auspicious pran-pratishtha ceremony of The BAPS Hindu Mandir Abu Dhabi in the UAE. This is the first Hindu traditional stone Mandir in the Middle East and the third Hindu Mandir in the UAE. After the inauguration, many photos and videos have been circulated claiming to be the Abu Dhabi temple. Amidst this, a video of people dressed in Arab clothes are seen dancing around a man dressed in saffron has gone viral on social media, with a claim that it shows Arabs dancing and celebrating the inauguration of the BAPS Hindu temple in Abu Dhabi.

Fact Check-

A reverse image search on Google with the key frames of the video led us to a similar video has been uploaded on a Twitter account on 3 May, 2023 with the caption, "It's not Arabs, Hindus are dancing like Arabs at the Hare Krishna Temple in Dubai."

In further search, we found the same video on a YouTube channel, and it was also uploaded on 3 May, 2023.So we can understand that the viral video has no connection to the BAPS Hindu temple in Abu Dhabi, which was inaugurated on 14 February 2024.

Guru Mahant Swami Maharaj had come to inaugurate the Abu Dhabi Hindu Mandir. We found a video of him being received by Abu Dhabi rulers on his arrival at the airport on 5 February.

Taking account of these evidences we can clearly say that an old video available on the internet since May 2023 being shared linking it to the inauguration of the Abu Dhabi Hindu Mandir.
