 Fact Check-

We started our investigation with a reverse image search on Google and the results led us to a report from the Ukraine Today with the same image, published on 23 March, 2024. The report states, “The terror attack at the Crocus City Hall concert hall in Krasnogorsk in the suburbs of Moscow could be an operation run by Russia’s own security agencies, with the aim of putting the blame on Ukraine and justify a massive military mobilization of the population”.

Moving forward, we found several reports regarding this incident. According to the BBC report “Gunmen have attacked a concert hall on the fringes of Moscow, killing at least 133 people and wounding 140 more. Attackers clad in camouflage gear took part in the attack, in the north-western suburb of Krasnogorsk, BBC-verified video shows. Crocus City Hall was about to host a rock concert when the gunmen burst into the foyer and then the theatre itself. Much of the building was engulfed by fire and part of the roof collapsed.
