However, as we investigated, we came to know that the claim was false. The viral video predates the Bondi Beach Terror Attack. Here’s the fact check.
Fact Check
We started our investigation by taking screenshots from the viral video and conducting a reverse image search. This led us to a tweet on 8 October, 2023, that contained the viral video.

The tweet read, “Celebrating the victory of HAMAS at Karachi Pakistan. Organised by “Imamia Student Organisation”.
The video clearly predates the recent terror attack in Bondi Beach, Sydney.

Taking a clue from this, we conducted a relevant keyword search that led us to the Facebook page of Imamia Student Organisation, Karachi (ISO Karachi).
We found a post on 17 December 2025 refuting the claim. It claimed that the video shows “Jashan-Fateh-Hamas” organised by ISO in October 2023.

It is worth mentioning that on 7 October 2023, Hamas attacked Southern Israel killing more than a thousand people.
This makes it clear that the video predates the Bondi Beach Terror Attack.
Conclusion
From our investigation, we can say that the claim is false. The viral video doesn’t show a celebration in Pakistan after the Bondi Beach, Sydney Terror Attack. The video predates the attack.
