However, as we investigated, we came to know that the claim is false. The viral video doesn’t show Zubeen Garg swimming underwater. Here’s the fact check.

We started our investigation by taking screenshots from the viral video and conducting a reverse image search. This led us to an Instagram handle where the viral video was uploaded on 6 August 2025.
According to the caption, the video shows actress Tridha Choudhury.
Taking this clue, we conducted a relevant keyword search. This led us to the Instagram handle of Tridha Choudhury where the viral video was uploaded on 30 January 2025.
We found another video uploaded on the same Instagram handle whose caption states that the video was shot in the Maldives.
This makes it clear that the person swimming underwater in the viral video is Tridha Choudhury, an actress.
Conclusion
From our investigation, we can say that the claim is false. The viral video doesn’t show singer Zubeen Garg scuba diving in Singapore. The person in the video is Tridha Choudhury, an actress.
