However, as we investigated, we came to know that the video is old and unrelated to the Prayagraj Maha Kumbh 2025. Here’s the fact check.
Fact Check
We started our investigation by taking some screenshots from the viral video and conducting a reverse image search. This led us to a YouTube channel where the viral video was uploaded on 16 November 2024. According to the caption, the video was from Dev Deepawali in Banaras.
Taking this clue, using relevant keywords, we found a video similar to the viral video uploaded on the official YouTube channel of Zee Business on 15 November 2024. According to the caption of the video, it shows Dev Deepawali at Lalita Ghat of Varanasi on the occasion of Dev Dipawali in November 2024.
Moving forward, we found another video report by ANI showing similar footage. According to the report, the visuals were from Lalita Ghat, Varanasi on the occasion of Dev Deepawali.

This makes it clear that the viral video is old and unrelated to the Prayagraj Maha Kumbh 2025.
Conclusion
From our investigation, we can say that the claim is false. The viral video is old and not related to the recent Prayagraj Maha Kumbh.
