Recently, a video of a woman dancing to a song is going viral on social media. It is being claimed that this video is of Delhi’s new Chief Minister Rekha Gupta.
But Fact Crescendo found this claim to be false. The woman dancing in the video is not Delhi’s new Chief Minister Rekha Gupta but another woman named Meera. This video has nothing to do with Rekha Gupta.
Sharing the video, a social media user wrote, “Sad that she is Delhi’s chief Minister”
Fact Check-
A Google Reverse Image Search on a keyframe led us to the same video uploaded by an Instagram user named @boldmeeraswag on her official account on 12 January 2025.
After further investigation, we found several videos of the same woman on her Instagram account. We also found the official Facebook account of this woman in which it was mentioned that she is a digital creator.

Fact Crescendo found the claim to be false. The lady in the video is not Delhi’s new Chief Minister Rekha Gupta. She is a digital creator.
