When we checked the calendars, we found that every weekday repeating exactly four times is not a rare phenomenon. The month of February has 28 days in every non-leap year. For example, if we look at the old calendars every weekday in the month of February repeated four times in all these years. Take a look at the images below:

Leap years occur once every four years. During such years, February has 29 days instead of 28. During leap years, six weekdays occur four times each, while the seventh happens five times. The most recent leap year was 2024, resulting in a February with five Thursdays.

It is clear that in years other than leap years, February will follow the same pattern as February 2025. Starting from 2025, after 823 years, it will reach 2848. Since that year is not a leap year, the month of February will have repetitions of 4 weeks each like in 2025.

So, the claim that this happens once every 823 years, is not true. In every non-leap year all the weekdays in the month of February repeat four times. Thus the claim is misleading as the month of February always has each day of the week exactly four times except in leap years.
