After verification, it was revealed that the viral audio actually belongs to an actor from the 2000 biopic Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, not Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar himself.

Fact Check

After conducting a search, it was found that the viral audio originates from a movie. The audio is from the 2000 biopic Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, directed by Jabbar Patel.

You can hear the viral audio at the 1 hour 37-minute mark in the movie, which is available for viewing below.

Upon further investigation, the entire speech in the viral audio was found in the collection of “Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar’s Writings and Speeches Part II” on the website of the Ministry of External Affairs.

In the fifth meeting of the Second Round Table Conference on 20 November 1930, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar raised the crucial issue of the “Need For Political Power For Depressed Classes.” The full speech can be found on pages 529-535.

By watching the comparison video below, you can understand that the viral audio is actually from the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar biopic.

The BBC archived the audio of an interview given by Dr. Ambedkar in 1955 and re-shared it on March 17, 2023.

You can hear his real voice in the video below.

Conclusion

This confirms that the viral audio is not a speech in the original voice of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. The voice actually belongs to Malayalam actor Mammootty, who portrayed Dr. Ambedkar in the 2000 biopic Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar.
