Fact Check
We started our investigation by taking screenshots from the viral video and conducting a reverse image search. This led us to a YouTube channel where the viral video was uploaded on 25 September 2023.
According to the caption, the video shows Eel fish on the road.
We found a similar video on another YouTube channel uploaded on 15 July 2023.

We noticed some flags on the road and the texts written on the flags were in Chinese (we translated a few words from the flags with the help of Google Translate).
Although, we couldn’t verify the exact date and location of the video, it’s clear that the video is not recent. Moreover, the video is not from Kedarnath.
Conclusion
From our investigation, we can say that the claim is false. The viral video is not a recent video from Kedarnath. The video has been available on the internet since at least July 2023.
