Fact Check-

By closely observing the video, we found the registration plate on the first fire truck in the video begins with RJ 14. It is the Regional Transport Office (RTO) code for Rajasthan, and is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The second truck in the video has visible text on its side reading: “Rajasthan fire service” in Hindi. This means that the video could be from Rajasthan.

We conducted further searches using Google reverse image search with the key frames of the video and whose result us to a similar video uploaded on Facebook on May 2025 with the caption: “Recently, a massive fire broke out in a factory in the Nohar area of Hanumangarh, Rajasthan. The fire caused black smoke to fill the sky, and a loss of crores of rupees is feared. After the incident, several fire engines reached the spot, and efforts were made to extinguish the flames. However, it took time to bring the fire under control, and most of the goods stored in the factory were burnt to ashes.”

This indicates that the viral video is not recent and not related to the Ahmedabad plane crash.

Using these hints, we conducted further searches and found several news reports regarding this incident.

As per the report published by Dainik Bhaskar on 8 May 8, 2025, A massive fire broke out in a chemical factory in Hanumangarh, Rajasthan in which one person died.

Based on these evidences, we can understand that the viral video shows visuals of a fire at a chemical factory in Hanumangarh, Rajasthan. It is unrelated to the Ahmedabad Air India plane crash.
