While sharing this video, users write in the caption that, “EXCLUSIVE: More video from Udhampur Airbase, India.”
Fact Check –
If Pakistan had attacked the Udhampur airbase first, it would have been big news, but no such official information is available in the media.
A reverse image search revealed that the viral video is not from Udhampur Airbase.
ANI shared a screenshot of the viral video on March 20, 2025, and reported that, “A spree of violence had rocked Nepal’s capital Kathmandu with authorities forced to impose curfew in areas where the pro-monarchists were staging the protest.”
According to the footage in the viral video, the incident took place near a company. After searching this thread on Google Maps, it was found that this video is from the area of ”Herbs Production & Processing Co. Ltd.”
Looking at the comparative image given below, you will find that the locations in the viral video and Google Map are the same.
Conclusion
This video is of pro-monarchy protesters in Kathmandu. Pakistan did not attack Udhampur airbase. The video is going viral with a false claim.
