However, as we investigated, we came to know that the claim was false. The viral video shows an Israeli airstrike on Khan Yunis. Here’s the fact check.
Fact Check
We started our investigation by taking some screenshots from the viral video and conducting a reverse image search. This led us to a tweet on 13 April 2025 that contained the viral video. The translation of the Arabic caption of the tweet reads, ” BREAKING Israel bombed a flour distribution point belonging to United Nations UNRWA in the western Raqab neighborhood of Bani Suheila town, east of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip.”
Another tweet can be seen here.
Taking this clue, using relevant keywords, we found a similar video on the YouTube channel Middle East Eye uploaded on 13 April 2025. The caption of the video read, “Israeli forces bomb Unrwa flour distribution point in western al-Raqab neighbourhood, occupied Gaza”
The description of the video reads, “This footage documents the moment Israeli forces bombed a flour distribution point belonging to Unrwa in the western al-Raqab neighbourhood in occupied Gaza.
The incident comes after the UN agency for Palestinian refugees (Unrwa) said on Friday that nearly 400,000 people have been displaced in Gaza following the breakdown of the ceasefire and called for a renewal of the truce deal.
“They are now also enduring by far the longest blockage of aid and commercial supplies since the start of the war,” Unrwa said in a post on X, as it shared the testimony of a Palestinian woman who has been displaced five times since the beginning of the war.”
The same video was uploaded on the Facebook page TRT World on 13 April 2025 with the caption, “An Israeli air strike hit a UNRWA flour distribution centre in Bani Suheila, east of Khan Younis, on April 13 — further exacerbating the food blockade across the besieged Gaza.”

This makes it clear that the viral video shows an Israeli airstrike on Khan Yunis, Gaza.
Conclusion
From our investigation, we can say that the claim is false. The viral video doesn’t show an Indian airstrike. It shows an Israeli airstrike on a UNRWA Flour Distribution Centre in Khan Yunis, Gaza, on 13 April 2025.
