However, as we investigated, we came to know that the claim was false. The video shows an actress Payal Yadhav, not the Delhi CM Rekha Gupta. Here’s the Fact Check.

Fact Check 

We started our investigation by taking some screenshots from the viral video and conducting a reverse image search. This led us to the original video uploaded on the Instagram handle of actress Payal Yadhav. The caption was written in the Marathi language. According to the caption, Payal Yadhav paid tribute to Chhatrapati Shivaji in this video. 

We found the website of Rekha Gupta where it can be clearly understood that the woman in the viral video is not Rekha Gupta.
