However, as we investigated, we came to know that the claim was false. The video is old and not even from India. Here’s the Fact Check.
Fact Check
We started our investigation by taking some screenshots from the viral video and conducting a reverse image search. This led us to a report published in the Turkish language on 11 June 2022. The report contained an image similar to the screenshots from the viral video. The translation of the report reads, “A fire broke out in a passenger train near Shamshernagar railway station in the Moulvibazar district of Bangladesh.
…The two bogies that caught fire were quickly removed from the train by people in the area. Police officer Yardous Hasan said fire crews were continuing their efforts to bring the flames under control.
Shamshernagar railway station manager Shakhwat Hossain said that rail transport between the Bangladeshi capital Dhaka and Sylhet was suspended due to the fire that started at around 1pm local time. No casualties have been reported so far in the fire.”

Taking this clue, using relevant keywords in the Bengali language, we found a video report uploaded on the YouTube channel “Somoy TV” on 11 June 2022. The viral clip was found in the video report. According to the report, a fire broke out in the power car of the Dhaka-Sylhet-bound intercity Parabat Express train on 11 June 2022 disrupting rail communication on the Dhaka-Sylhet route. However, no one was injured as the train was stopped immediately after the fire broke out. An hour after the incident, the train left for Sylhet leaving the three burnt coaches.

Other reports can be read here and here.
This makes it clear that the viral video is old and not from India but from Bangladesh.
Moreover, we could not find any report stating any fire incident at the Prayagraj bound train recently.
Conclusion
From our investigation, we can say that the claim is false. The video is not from India. The video shows a fire that broke out in the power car of the intercity Prabhat Express train departing from Dhaka, Bangladesh on 11 June 2022.
