Amidst this, we have noticed a video showing a spectacular drone shot of a huge crowd is going viral on social media. The users who share the video claims that it shows the crowd gathered for the MVA rally. The caption states, “Crowd throng MVA rally at BKC in Mumbai| Overview of the meeting recorded by drone”

Fact Check- 

We started our investigation by conducting a reverse image search on Google with the key frames of the viral video and the results led us to a similar video uploaded on YouTube by NTV entertainments on 17 November 2024 under the caption, “Huge Crowd @ Pushpa 2 Trailer Launch Event | Rashmika Mandanna”. 

Using this hint, we looked into more details and found many reports regarding this event. The trailer of the Telugu film ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’, starring Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil, was launched in the iconic Gandhi Maidan on 17 November 2024. The event was attended by the film’s stars – Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna – and over 10,000 screaming fans.

Moving forward, we found an extended version of the viral video uploaded on the YouTube channel of YouWe Media, an event management company that organised the trailer launch event of “Pushpa 2: The Rule”. 

Taking account of these evidences, we can understand that the viral video is from the trailer launch of the Telugu film ‘Pushpa 2 in Gandhi Maidan, Patna.

Conclusion- 

Fact crescendo found the claim made along with the viral video to be False. This video shows the crowd gathered at the trailer launch of the Telugu film ‘Pushpa 2 in Gandhi Maidan, Patna. It has no link to the MVA rally in Mumbai.
