Moving forward, we found the video of the rally uploaded on the official YouTube channel of Congress on 11 November 2024.  According to the description of the video, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi held a joint roadshow in Wayanad. In this video, Rahul Gandhi could be seen wearing the T-shirt bearing the text “I Love Wayanad”.

The comparison between the viral image and the original image can be seen below.

This makes it clear that the viral image has been edited. In the original image, Rahul Gandhi was wearing a T-shirt bearing the text, “I Love Wayanad”.

It is worth mentioning that in the Lok Sabha elections 2024, Rahul Gandhi contested from two seats, Rae Bareli and Wayanad. He won both the seats. He resigned from the Wayanad seat later and his sister Priyanka Gandhi contested in the by-poll for this seat. The viral image is from an election rally in Wayanad that has been morphed and went viral.

Conclusion

From our investigation, we can say that the viral image has been edited. In the original image, Rahul Gandhi was wearing a T-shirt bearing the text, “I Love Wayanad”, not “I Love Nafrat Ki Dukan”.
