The report was included with a tweet of Suresh Nakhua shared on 22 August 2023, carrying a similar video with a title, “Congress in Madhya Pradesh deliberately places the #Tiranga upside down in its poster”. We also came across a report published in Nai Duniya, which also  featured an image of the hoarding in the viral video. The report states that the BJP filed an FIR against the senior officials of the Congress party for insulting the tricolour.

Taking account of these evidences we can clearly understand that the viral video is old and not related to the recent Bengaluru campaign by the Congress party.
