We searched for the viral video on YouTube and found a video on Rahul Gandhi’s official channel. The caption of the video read, “Nyay Patra – Congress Manifesto Launch Rally | Hyderabad, Telangana”

At the 31:55 timestamp of this video, we found a statement similar to the viral scene. There, Rahul Gandhi said, “We will do an X-ray of the country and it will become clear — We will do an X-ray of the country and it will become crystal clear —Backward classes, Dalits, Tribals, the poor from the general class, minorities will know what their share is in the country.” He then says they will carry out a financial and institutional survey to find out which group holds India’s wealth and after this “historic step”, they will begin the “revolutionary work” of giving people what they are due.
