A beautiful video showing the laser light and sound show has gone viral on social media. The night scene of the spectacular lighting is said to be from the banks of the Sarayu River in Ayodhya. The caption states “AYODHYA WONDERFUL LIGHT SHOW FROM SARAYU RIVER”

Fact Check- 

By performing a reverse image search on Google with the key frames of the video, the results led us to a similar video uploaded on twitter on 2 July, 2023. The caption states “This is Video of Ved Van Park which was inaugurated by UP CM Sri .Yogi Adityanath Ji last Saturday . This park is developed on the theme of our 4 Vedas . Every evening there is a laser show on our vedas & agast sanghita. Must Watch for every Hindu !!

In further search, several social media posts and YouTube videos containing the same video were found. From these search results it became clear that the light show was held at Ved Van Park in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. 

Also based on this clue we searched more on Google and found more details. As per reports, “Ved Van Park is India’s first Vedic-themed park built on 12 acres that includes laser shows, wall paintings and sculptures featuring excerpts from the four Vedas: Rig, Yajur, Sama and Atharva . “To design the laser show, we consulted Sanskrit professors from Delhi University’s Hansraj College to ensure the literature and shlokas are factually correct.Our idea was to make people go back to our scriptures and learn about them through entertainment while marvelling at the wonders and immersive experience of Indian culture,” says Neelima Rana, architect of the park”. Ved Van Park in Noida Sector 78 was inaugurated by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Based on the theme of the four Vedas, the Veda Park has been built at a cost of Rs 27 crore.

The Ved Van Park was built on the site where the garbage was deposited earlier. The park is divided into seven zones named after the sages of the Vedic age like Kashyap, Bharadwaj, Gautam, Atri, Vasishtha, Vishvamitra, and Agastya. Information on the Indian sages and the holy scriptures are also displayed there. The park has been beautified with paintings everywhere. There are 50,000 plants in this park. Other media outlets also provided the report which includes the details of the park. 

Based on the information available, it is clear that the video circulating as a light show on the banks of Sarayu in Ayodhya is from Ved Van Park in Noida.

Conclusion- 

Fact Crescendo found the claim made along with the viral video to be False. The viral video is not from the Sarayu River. This is a laser light and sound show in Noida’s Ved Van Park, which opened in July 2023.
