Old video from Georgia Supermarket falsely shared linking to Chennai floods.

This is an old video from an incident that occurred in Georgia in the year 2018 where a fish tank reportedly broke in a super market in Tbilisi, the capital city of Georgia.

The city of Chennai witnessed the worst flood in half a century due to the effects of Cyclone Michaung which hit in the last few days. Apart from the water logging caused by the rains, the water gushed over the roads to a height of more than five feet and all the low-lying areas were submerged. Meanwhile, a video is circulating in one of the supermarkets in the city of Chennai, purporting to be the footage of fish floating on the floor. There are scenes of watery fish floating on the floor of supermarket aisles and staff trying unsuccessfully to catch them. Crediting the visuals as being from Chennai, the accompanying caption reads: “Chennai flood in super market”
