We carefully observed the image and went through the comments under the post and found that the picture in this post is cropped and is being misrepresented. You can see the uncropped image below in a tweet with the caption “This isn’t an IDF soldier or an Israeli. This is from a demonstration against Israel and showcases a guy dressed up in green, with an Israeli flag on his shirt over a girl depicting a Palestinian being abused. In short: It’s fake.”
We started our investigation by running a Google reverse image search, whose results revealed that the image had been uploaded to the internet several years ago. This made it clear that the picture is old. Below you can see the complete image uploaded on +972 Magazine on 1 February 2012.
