The movie Gadar 2 starring Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel was released nationwide a few days ago. A video of the inside of a movie theatre is now going viral on social media where a group of people can be seen fighting with each other.

It was claimed that during the screening of the movie, a viewer raised a pro-Pakistan slogan. A few other audiences got offended by the slogan and beat the person severely inside the cinema hall.

However, Fact Crescendo found the claim to be false. There was no pro-Pakistan slogan raised during the movie.

What’s the claim?

Sharing the video, social media users are claiming that some Jihadis chanted Pakistan Zindabad slogans during Gadar 2 show in a cinema hall in the Bareilly district of Uttar Pradesh. After that, the crowd beat them up with belts.
