Fact Check-

At first we checked for the viral image on the TIME magazine front page archive for 2022 editions, but none of the October editions listed for 2022 contain photos of Biden and Harris. We could not found any report published` with the alleged headline.

The reverse image search results led us to media reports about this cover of Time magazine’s December 2020 issue. According to the reports “US President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris have been named by the prestigious TIME magazine as ‘2020 Person of the Year’ for changing the American story”

We also found the same cover on the official account of Time magazine with a caption Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are TIME’s 2020 Person of the Year
