We found that this clip is viral on social media is part of Rahul Gandhi’s full speech on October 13, 2019 in Latur, Maharashtra, where he was referring to the declared fugitive businessmen Mehul Choksi and Nirav Modi. This duo is under investigation by Indian authorities for their alleged involvement in the 14,000 crore fraud in Punjab National Bank.
